I know how scary it can be to stop dieting. I know what it feels like to be constantly at war with your body. To feel that, no matter how much you do or how much success you achieve, you’re never quite good enough. I know how hopeless & small it can make you feel.
So I created the Embodied Bad Bitch program to share what I've learned on my journey and help you find your way to loving & accepting yourself more.

FAQs
When will the program start? How long will it last?
We’ll meet on Wednesdays starting in mid-April (exact date/time TBD depending on group availability). We’ll have 12 weeks of group calls and practices.
What if I can’t make it to all the calls in person?
No worries. All the calls and group practices will be recorded and are yours to keep forever. You’ll also have the opportunity to submit questions before a call if you can’t attend live.
How much time will this take each week?
Weekly coaching calls will be 90-120 minutes. Group embodiment practices will be 45-60 minutes. 1-on-1 calls will take place 1x/month and last for 60 minutes.
Expect to spend anywhere from 2-4 hours/week depending on how much you engage with the practices on your own.
Naturally, the more time you put into showing up and doing the practices, the bigger result you’ll see.
I feel hopeless. Can this really help me?
Yes. I’ve been in the depths of depression and hopelessness about my body. I know that it’s possible to change the way you think and get out of that space. This program will help you move towards embracing yourself fully and feeling better.
I have an active eating disorder, is this program a good option for me?
I am not a trained medical professional or therapist and this program is not intended as a substitute for therapy or eating disorder recovery.

Is this program only for women?
I designed Embodied Bad Bitch for people who identify as female. While I fully support people of all genders and orientations, the intent of this class is to help women—who are disproportionately impacted by the toxic messages of diet culture—learn to love their bodies and take back their power.
I’ve been in wellness spaces that are fatphobic/transphobic/homophobic/agist/centered around whiteness. Will that be the case here?
Nope. I do not fuck with that energy. This space will be inclusive of all people regardless of sexual orientation, body size, age or skin color.
