WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?

I know how scary it can be to stop dieting.

I know what it feels like to be constantly at war with your body. To feel that, no matter how much you do or how much success you achieve, you’re never quite good enough. I know how hopeless & small it can make you feel.

So I created this free workshop to share what I've learned on my journey to help you find your way to loving & accepting yourself more.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You’ve been thinking of quitting diets and/or over-exercise but don’t know where to start

  • You want a loving hand to help you take the first steps towards full self-acceptance

  • You’ve tried every diet under the sun and none of them seem to work, leaving you feeling exhausted and hopeless

  • You’re new to this whole self-love/body-love thing but you want to know more

  • You’ve started on your body-love journey but could use some advice and resources for next steps

  • You know you want to stop dieting and over-exercising but you’re scared AF at the thought of gaining weight (That’s super normal btw)

  • You’re looking for an inclusive, non-judgmental space to explore what body-love looks like for you ❤️

FAQs

I can’t make it in person. Will there be a recording?

Absolutely. And it’s yours to keep forever.

I don’t struggle with body shame but I do want to love myself more. Is this workshop for me?

100%. This workshop will focus on the foundations of growing greater self-love whatever your relationship to your body right now.

I feel hopeless. Can this really help me?

Yes. I’ve been in the depths of depression and hopelessness about my body. I know that it’s possible to change the way you think and get out of that space. This workshop will help you take the first steps towards feeling better.

I’ve been in wellness spaces that are fat-phobic/transphobic/homophobic/centered around whiteness. Will that be the case here?

Nope. I do not fuck with that energy. This space will be inclusive of all people regardless of gender, orientation, body size or skin color.

“You have been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn’t worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.”
