I’m a certified pleasure and empowerment coach and I believe pleasure is not a privilege but a fundamental human right.

I believe we all deserve to feel at home in our bodies and connect with our inner power and radiance.

I’m here to help women and gender-expansive humans fall in love with their bodies, own their sexuality and liberate their power.

Can anyone enroll in Pleasure Camp?

Pleasure Camp is designed for those who identify as women or gender-expansive humans. If that’s you, you’re welcome at Pleasure Camp !

I’m an introvert. Will I feel comfortable in Pleasure Camp?

I’m an introvert so I feel you! I understand the needs of introverts and prioritize creating a space that respects your comfort. You can choose when to participate and share. And you’re always welcome to keep your camera off during the calls.

How many people will there be in the group?

There are 10 spots available.

What will the age range of the group be?

When I've offered group programs in the past, the age range has generally been mid-30s through mid-50s, with a few people on either side of that. I strive to create spaces that are honoring to all, regardless of age, skin color, sexual orientation or appearance. I also honestly think it's really beautiful for people of diverse age ranges to be in community together. I don't think we get enough of that cross-pollination in our society.

When will Pleasure Camp start? How long will it last?

Pleasure Camp starts on June 29th, and our journey together concludes on August 31st. We'll meet on Thursday’s from 5.30-7.00 PST.

What if I can’t make it to all the calls in person?

No worries! All the calls and group practices will be recorded and are yours to keep forever. You’ll also have the opportunity to submit questions before a call if you can’t attend live.

How much time will this take each week?

Weekly coaching calls will be 60 minutes, followed by a 20 to 30 minute group practice. So the total call time will be around 1.5 hours. You are welcome to stay for the entire call or to attend only the coaching or group practice portion.

If you choose to do the homeplays, journaling exercises and guided meditations, expect to spend and additional hour or so per week depending on how much you engage with the practices on your own.

I’ve been in wellness spaces that are fatphobic/transphobic/homophobic/agist/centered around whiteness. Will that be the case here?

Nope. This space will be inclusive of all participants regardless of sexual orientation, gender, body size, age or skin color.

I’ve experienced trauma, will Pleasure Camp be a good space for me to heal.

I am not a trauma specialist, therapist or mental health professional. I do not specialize in trauma resolution and healing. If that is the work that you feel would most serve you at this time and you need some recommendations of coaches or mental health professionals to work with, let me know and I’d be happy to refer you.

That said, I am a trauma-informed coach and continuously strive to create safer spaces for people with trauma. If you’d like to chat about what that looks like, or if this is a good fit for you, feel free to get in touch.
