Body Image Resilience with Lexie Kite of Beauty Redefined
Listen above or on Apple Podcasts or Spotify
Lexie Kite, along with her twin sister Lindsay, is the founder of Beauty Redefined, a non-profit promoting body image resilience. Lexie and Lindsay are also the authors of the transformational new book, More Than A Body.
In this episode we discuss all things body image—how to be resilient in the face of unrealistic beauty norms, how to detox your social media and how to transform body shame into power.
Lexie also dropped some knowledge on what self-objectification is (chances are you do it every day without even realizing) and why it matters. As well as how to feel good in your skin exactly as you are.
So much good stuff in here!
