We are so excited to be launching our video interview series with women who inspire us! To kick things off, we sat down with Lexie Kite of Beauty Redefined and talked all things body image—how to be resilient in the face of unrealistic beauty norms, how to detox your social media and how to transform body shame into power.
Lexie also dropped some knowledge on what self-objectification is (chances are you do it every day without even realizing) and why it matters. As well as how to feel good about yourself without seeking external validation.
We learned so, so much from this conversation! And left feeling empowered to appreciate our whole selves, beyond just appearance.
In celebration of our new video interview series, we are giving away two copies of More Than A Body, Lexie’s brand new book authored with her twin sister, Lindsay!
This book is a super informative guide to developing body image resilience. It’s intelligent, relatable and full of actionable steps you can take to uncouple your worth from your appearance.
