I loved doing these talks so much! I learned a ton and I think they are the perfect antidote to the New Year, New You bullshit we are all being bombarded with right now.

What self-objectification is and why it’s harmful
How and why to do a digital detox to grow your body confidence
Ways to come home to your body and develop body image resilience
